Brisket Sliders
When fall is in full swing, it can feel like the Gaines family is moving in every direction. Between school and sports and work, the hustle of the season can be a lot of fun, but it also stirs in me a desire to truly savor the moments when we can all gather around the table for a meal. Today’s menu is one I like to return to this time of year—and perfect for a night in with all seven of us.
These Brisket Sliders are tender, flavorful, and simple to make. I like to top them with a crisp coleslaw, and the boys always go back for seconds (and sometimes thirds). For a kick, I’m making Buffalo Chicken Dip with a side of fresh veggies and chips. Our family loves baked beans, but this seasonal twist with apples, bourbon, and bacon might be my favorite. And for dessert, I’m throwing together some oats, coconut, and chocolate chips to make delicious Ranger Cookies.
