Storytelling is at our core here at Magnolia. This is largely why we love offering a variety of tours, each led by knowledgeable guides that share history, behind-the-scenes stories, and fun facts about places that are near to our hearts as a company. We can't wait to show you around!

Join us for a 45-minute guided tour of the Silos grounds to hear the story of how Magnolia came to be, the history behind the Silos property, and behind-the-scenes notes from Fixer Upper. Plus, visit the roof of Magnolia Market for the best photo op on the grounds!

Gristmill Tour

Join us for a one hour guided tour of The Gristmill - this historic building located in Valley Mills, TX was renovated by Chip and Joanna in 2019 and now serves as the set of Jo’s cooking show, Magnolia Table with Joanna Gaines. This tour will take you behind the scenes of the show and share what a day in the life of filming looks like for Joanna and the crew. Located just 30 minutes from the Silos in Waco, this 1800s stone structure holds so much history and plenty of stories that we look forward to sharing with you! This tour experience includes a sweet treat and a refreshment for each guest.
