Artists and Free Fun

Spring at the Silos is free to attend, but we offer a few special experiences for those looking to enhance their weekend.

Start on a sweet note with a treat inside the garden shed, then enjoy a guided tour across the grounds to learn the history behind the property, hear the origin story of Magnolia, and peek inside the Silos.

Spring at the Silos Tour

Tour Chip and Jo's renovation of the one-of-a-kind home featured on Fixer Upper: The Castle and learn about the design inspiration and century-old history found inside.

Castle Tour

Enjoy the best view of Waco, Texas during both weekends of Spring at the Silos from the roof of Magnolia Market. Take a selfie and relax with refreshments on our rooftop lounge.

**Admission:** $25, tickets required for ages 7+

Rooftop Pass

Experience it all. This package includes both tours, a rooftop pass, a pre-made reservation at Magnolia Table, guided access to Chip’s archive, a book signed by Jo—even cupcakes!

Instead of closing streets for a vendor fair, a curated group of artists and makers will set up on the Silos grounds for both weekends this year. We can’t wait for you to experience the beauty they create as you stroll, shop, and enjoy time at the Silos.

Will there be a vendor fair?

Spring at the Silos is back for two weekends this year! Join us at the Silos March 8–9 and March 15–16 from 9am–6pm each day. Please note that Magnolia is closed on Sundays.

What are the event dates and times? 

Spring at the Silos is free and open to all guests throughout the day. We do have experiences available during both weekend that require tickets, which can be found here.

Do I need a ticket to attend?

Magnolia Market, Silos Baking Co., Magnolia Home, Shops at the Silos: 9am–6pm; Magnolia Press: 7am–6pm; Magnolia Table: 7am–3pm.

What are your hours of operation?

While Magnolia does not have on-site parking, downtown Waco has a number of [free lots and street parking](https://help.magnolia.com/hc/en-us/articles/17627550502039-Free-Parking-during-Magnolia-Events-) around and near the Silos. There are also paid parking lots available in the area.

Is there designated parking for the event? Is parking free?

Yes! Please note that all strollers are subject to security screening upon entry.
