THIS WARRANTY IS NOT VALID WHEN THE PRODUCT IS NOT PROPERLY APPLIED TO A PROPERLY PREPARED SURFACE OR CARED FOR IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LABEL DIRECTIONS. This warranty is not transferable.
If this product is found not to perform as specified upon inspection by our representative during the warranty period, Masterchem Industries LLC will, at its option and upon presentation of proof-of-purchase (the original receipt), either furnish an equivalent amount of new product or refund the original purchase price of this product to you.
This warranty excludes (1) labor and costs of labor for the application or removal of any product, and (2) any incidental or consequential damages, whether based on breach of express or implied warranty, negligence, strict liability or any other legal theory. "Not sure why this was rated a 1 star, but I love this paint. Most of my windows or south facing so this white is great. It changes throughout the day. When it’s bright, the paint looks white. Sunrise/sunset it gets this tinge of pink that makes the room very warm and inviting."

"I recently had 3rooms painted with the Dutch Tulip. Very disappointed. The walls took 2 coats and they look white. They don't even come close to the chip of paint or what the samples of rooms painted on this website with this color look like. Guess that's what is get for not getting a sample and testing it first. There goes $1,800.00 and I'm stuck with white walls."
