- Care: Clean spills immediately by blotting with a clean, dry sponge or cloth. Professional cleaning recommended. Appropriate rug pad is highly recommended on all surfaces to prevent slipping, add cushion, and improve durability. For vacuuming, use a vacuum cleaner without a beater bar or one where you can set the bar to the highest pile setting. If your vacuum has variable power settings, set on low. Vacuum full length of the rug, turn and repeat to the next area, rather than back and forth motion.

If you order a Magnolia Home by Joanna Gaines x Loloi rug from us and you don't absolutely love it, you can return within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund. Once your rug has been processed, it is not eligible for cancellation but can be returned for a refund.

"I searched high and low for a rug with true black accents and could only find ones that were dark dark blue. This rug is true black and such a gorgeous rust color. Little subtle hints of green but not anything that stands out too much."

oh my don't buy this.
"I have two Magnolia rugs in my home, and have been pleased with them for over a year now. I bought this rug as a runner for my hallway and started the return process as soon as I opened it. First, it is not charcoal colored at all. The areas on the rug that appear black or charcoal online are blue in real life. Very different look. Secondly, it felt more like a bathmat than a rug. Squishy and almost as if it had already been wet. There is a weird stitching along the edges which looks terrible and most importantly - the design is very clearly just screen printed on this mat. It looks cheap and honestly I think it was even printed off center. What's up with this vendor?? Magnolia, if this is what you're selling find new proprietors."

"I have had this rug down for about 6 Months. Decided to remove all furniture and rotate the rug, very disappointed that the side of the rug under the furniture is bright and vibrant while the other half seems to be loosing color and completely muted. I have a 9x12 and spent a lot of money for the rug to be fading out or color rubbing off. There is no direct light on the rug and minimal traffic. Beautiful rug but does not last!!!"

"This rug exceeded my expectations. It feels very luxurious; even more so than some much more expensive rugs.Some of my favorite qualities: The colors, the trim around the edge, the slick yet plush texture (great for easy vacuuming), and the fact that it doesnt need a rug pad becuase it has a good amount of padding for high traffic use. For colors, it easily blends brown, beige, gray, orange, and green tones throughout my room. My lease favorite - in the right light the pattern nearly (and I say this as minimally as possible) can look printed on. If you want a true woven look, this may not deliver."
