This recipe is featured in Season 8 of Magnolia Table with Joanna Gaines and has been slightly adapted from the Fresh Tomato Salsa in Magnolia Table, Volume 1.
Ingredients
4 fresh jalapeños, seeded and chopped
2-3 garlic cloves
3 large tomatoes, seeded, if desired, and quartered
½ bunch fresh cilantro with stems
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
Pinch of kosher salt
Directions
To prepare the salsa in a food processor: Add jalapeños and garlic first, process, then remove half. Add the remaining ingredients, pulse to combine. Stir in the reserved jalapeños and garlic to taste. For a spicier salsa, add an additional jalapeño or skip removing seeds.
