On the Menu at Magnolia: Spring 2019

As spring rolls around, we want the sights, sounds and scents of the season to be reflected in all that we do at Magnolia—from the spring install at the MarketOpens in new tab to the menu at our restaurant, Magnolia Table.

These new, seasonal recipes help bring spring to life in the form of food. Here’s what you can look forward to this spring at Magnolia Table—beginning March 6!

Carrot Cake: Classic carrot cake layered with cream cheese icing

Lemon Blueberry Pancakes: Our traditional pancakes filled with blueberries and lemon zest, topped with lemon butter. Served with two eggs cooked-to-order, house-made tater tots + your choice of house sausage or thick-cut peppered bacon.

Asparagus Fontina Quiche: Flaky, buttery pie crust filled with eggs, asparagus, and a blend of Fontina and Gruyère cheese. Served with a bed of simply dressed greens + thick slices of heirloom tomato.

Spring Berry Salad: Mixed greens tossed with our house-made honey vinaigrette, topped with roasted chicken, fresh berries, chopped pecans and feta cheese.

Egg Salad Sandwich: Jo’s egg salad served on a flaky croissant with butter lettuce + heirloom tomato. Served with kettle chips + a pickle spear.

Tea Sampler: A trio of finger sandwiches: chicken salad, egg salad, and pimiento cheese served with simply dressed greens topped with seasonal berries, and a cup of soup of your choice.

Harvest Wrap: Watermelon radish, avocado, mixed greens, cucumber and heirloom tomato stacked in a wheat wrap smeared with herbed cream cheese. Served with fruit + a side of house-made ranch garnished with chives.

A few other menu additions we’re excited for you to try this season at the Table: Prickly Pear Lemonade: Sweet and tart juice made from freshly squeezed lemons + prickly pears and for dessert, Jo’s Lemon Pie: graham cracker crust with traditional lemon pie filling, topped with house-made whipped cream. You’ll also find a new addition to the Silos Baking Co. Bread Basket: lemon bread!

A new season also means a couple new cupcakes at Silos Baking Co. The spring flavors you can expect are our Toasted Coconut and Carrot Cake cupcakes!
