Very poor quality...
"The first thing that jumps out at you is the weight: It's basically like good quality gift wrap.......not a wall covering. This makes it very easy to crease, tear and difficult to get seams aligned (made worse by my choosing a dark color which starkly contrasts the white backing). The adhesive is very weak and I had to apply extra at certain points along the way. There are numerous places where only after 6 months it's already starting to pull away, held in place only by the top rail of the wainscot I installed after the wallpaper. Lastly is the color retention. When installing and doing a final wipe down of each seam with a damp sponge you would immediately see blue running down the wall. Exposure to even the slightest bit of moisture caused the color to run. I tested a scrap......it's simply not washable. Were anything to get on it that required even a little scrubbing it would wear right through to the backing. It just seems like wrapping paper masquerading as wallpaper."

"The wallpaper is “pre-pasted” but had very little adhesive. It requires far more than what the directions say. Also, I had a professional do the install and they commented that the wallpaper was terrible quality. They would barely touch it and the color was rubbing off. I love Magnolia products but I am very disappointed with this one."
