This item is shipped through Magnolia Home Rugs by Joanna Gaines x Loloi. An additional charge will be added to accommodate shipping, which can be viewed at checkout. Allow up to three weeks for delivery. Please note, we require a signature upon delivery for all rugs in your order.

Returns
If you order a Magnolia Home by Joanna Gaines x Loloi rug from us and you don't absolutely love it, you can return within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund. Once your rug has been processed, it is not eligible for cancellation but can be returned for a refund.
Your satisfaction is what matters most to us, so should your item arrive damaged or defective, please reach out to help@magnolia.com for assistance. Please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and images of the rug and its packaging. "The color is the exact same color as pictured. Much larger than I expected but it fit perfectly. The material feels prickly when sitting down on it; that’s the only downside. For the most part I love it!"

"This rug looks so beautiful but it is scratchy and sheds HORRIBLY. I keep vacuuming thinking it might get better but it just keeps shedding and shedding. And my babies little knees get all red and irrated from the scratchy material. Unfortunately we will be replacing this rug as soon as possible."

"This rug is lovely. From farther back the color is very uniform, but up close there is a lot of lovely variation. The rug is very soft underfoot (we are using with a 1/4" mat). Also, I already spilled coffee on it, and the coffee just beaded on top, didnt soak in and didn't leave a visible stain at all, so thats a real win."
