Masterchem Industries LLC warrants to the original residential consumer purchaser the performance of this product as described on this label for so long as you reside in your home. THIS WARRANTY IS NOT VALID WHEN THE PRODUCT IS NOT PROPERLY APPLIED TO A PROPERLY PREPARED SURFACE OR CARED FOR IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LABEL DIRECTIONS. This warranty is not transferable.

If this product is found not to perform as specified upon inspection by our representative during the warranty period, Masterchem Industries LLC will, at its option and upon presentation of proof-of-purchase (the original receipt), either furnish an equivalent amount of new product or refund the original purchase price of this product to you.

Heirloom Yellow - so disappointed

"From the paint card this looked exactly the color I wanted but on the wall it was more lemon/lime not an ‘earthy’ yellow. I even went back to Ace Hardware and had them mix another sample but it was the same - so disappointed. Actual quality of the paint itself was very good even though the color did not work out."

"Love this color, love this paint. I don't think I'll ever but another brand again. The quality is so far superior to anything else out there. Having the kilz base makes it a great coverage paint, having Joanna's color eye makes it a great color choice, having everything in one at my local Ace Hardware makes it a winner!"

Nice light beige or off-white color

"I bought a sample. This is a nice off-white or light beige color. This is definitely not the color of primer, as one reviewer stated. I use KILZ primer, and KILZ primer is a lot more white or blue-white than this paint color. Primer is also more glaze-y and splotchy looking. I painted this color over a KILZ-primed wall and next to a KILZ primed wall. [No, I don't work for KILZ.] This paint color is true, or nearly true, to the color on the color card found in the store. An employee at a Westlake Ace hardware store made sure I knew about all the paints they carried when I was looking for BM paint. I was interested, so I decided to try Magnolia instead of BM. I'm partial to green, even very light green, but I'm trying to find an off-white or very light beige I like. I think this comes close. It has a smidge of pink in it, which most beige colors do, but I have pink "issues" because I bought a condo 13 years ago that was painted a medium pink-beige. I still suffer the after-effects. Even so, if I wanted a very light color that wasn't pure (or sometimes stark) white, I think this would be my choice. I have light pink-beige carpet (the removal of which is the next big project on my to-do list), so pure white walls, pink-beige carpet, and my wood furniture wouldn't look good together. I think this Pearly Cotton would be just fine."

Adore this color

"We're updating the powder room for our teenage daughter & were looking for a color that would be a flattering light, neutral for putting on makeup. This is it!! Now I'm looking at our house to see what other rooms we could use this color for. I'm in love with the Magnolia colors & will be updating our whole house. The only drawback is the paint went on very thin & we had to order another gallon for a small bath & powder room. But the color is terrific, so I gave it 5 stars."
