Your satisfaction is what matters most to us. Our standard return policy covers returns of most products in new or "like-new" condition up to 30 days after delivery. Please note: For returns not related to damage, defect, or fulfillment error, a flat $9.50 return fee will be deducted from your refund. Large or oversized items may require special handling and will incur an additional $9.50 fee. "When I saw the reviews saying the wood is noticeably darker than the picture online, I took a chance and am so glad I did! It's exactly the wood tone we were looking for that goes with our reclaimed beams. The quality of the mirror is great as well- no funhouse mirror effect which is my biggest concern when ordering mirrors online."

"Beautiful mirror! I searched for weeks for the perfect mirror to hang in our entryway, and couldn’t find it- happened upon the Magnolia website and found three I loved! This one was closest in size to what I needed and it’s exactly what my entryway wall needed. It has beautiful details and even my husband was impressed by it. He hung it up (it’s very heavy) and liked the French pleat hanging system. It was packaged very securely and shipped fast. I am happy with the whole experience and won’t hesitate to order from Magnolia again."

"The mirror is sturdy, but am disappointed in the color and sheen. It looks like aged dark barn wood. Much darker the depicted in image and no slight honey undertone that the photo represented. I was hoping it would match my dark 90’s oak trim as the image appears but does not. I’m glad to see that it is solid wood but just feel like shortcuts happened with the finish and was misrepresented. If you want something very rustic, like chocolate aged wood with a flat/natural unfinished barn wood sheen, then go for it. But, I am considering if I want to keep it still."

"I bought this mirror and was so excited for it. It is goo quality and really cute, however there was no cover on the glass when it arrived, leading to multiple large scratches. One of the corners is also completely frosted over. They won't send me a replacement without sending the original one back, but I don't have the packaging since I had to cut it up to open it in the first place. They want me to pay for repackaging to send it back. Per their return policy, "If we have made a mistake, we'll take care of it. If you received a defective or damaged product, please let us know as soon as possible so we can replace it for you. " Now nobody will respond to me. I also noticed that they deleted a review on this page when someone had a similar issue with a shattered mirror. Bad look and overall bad customer service to offer virtually no help when they sent a defective product to begin with."
