Your satisfaction is what matters most to us. Our standard return policy covers returns of most products in new or "like-new" condition up to 30 days after delivery. Please note: For returns not related to damage, defect, or fulfillment error, a flat $9.50 return fee will be deducted from your refund. Large or oversized items may require special handling and will incur an additional $9.50 fee. "I mounted the 36" Gloria shelf above a child's 36" wide desk to put a few pictures and books on. I was pleased the depth accommodated a large book box filled with memorabilia and 3 floppy, paperback activity books with a star-shaped light holding them from falling forward. It's the perfect amount of storage and adds height to the space. It's a high quality shelf and was packaged well."

"I ordered both the 36" and the 24" shelves for Christmas. They arrived quickly in excellent shape. The carving is very attractive and adds distinction to the shelves. I would have easily rated the shelves a 5 star review except the stain finish on the 2 shelves does not match. Both finishes are well done, but one shelf is much darker than the other. I didn't expect a perfect match, but this was definitely different. I'm not returning the shelves as any replacement could be a different shade of stain. Fortunately when hung higher on the wall a person probably won't notice or see it with objects placed. Overall I am happy with these shelves."

"First off, the shelves are beautiful and exactly what I was looking for. They are a darker brown than expected, but that is more than likely my monitor. But lets stop and talk about the customer service! My package was delivered to the wrong address and I was so worried about the effort it would take to dispute this, but the Magnolia customer service made it so easy. By far the best customer service I have ever received, for what I felt was not their responsibility to correct. But I am so thankful they did. 1000 stars for both product and service. TY"

"Shelf is absolutely stunning in person. The screws that came with it did not fit the shelf. The heads were too big to fit into the pre-drilled holes on the ledge. Luckily, I had my own screws and dry wall anchors I could use. Assembly also requires you to slip the shelf over the screw heads once they are in the wall and then slide the shelf to the side to lock the screws in place. Took a lot of precise measuring to accomplish this. Once in place, the shelf is very sturdy and an excellent addition to my home."
