"I’ve had this sectional for less than a year. It’s not comfortable. Lint balls all the time. Zipper broke on one of the cushions. Try talking to customer service- that will get you NO WHERE. Weekly I have to remove lint balls and I have even covered the whole couch to see if that would help. I thought I was getting a beautiful piece - which has turned in to a nightmare sectional. I am so disappointed and really thought the Magnolia name was trustworthy"

"The fabrication on this couch is nothing like the photos. The fabric is actually a raised, prominent, highly textured herringbone weave of dubious quality, and looks rather outdated. The couch arrived with loops that were pulled and flawed. Final quality check before shipment must be poor, since the couch arrived with a great deal of loose threads dangling everywhere, that should have been snipped after sewing. When a customer buys a $4800 new couch, they shouldn't have to spend an hour cutting threads that would be done in the factory. I'm concerned that the flaws will only become larger with wear. Magnolia was apologetic but refused to refund or take it back. Sadly my previous love for this company is dead and gone. I will never make a future purchase."
