Your satisfaction is what matters most to us. Our standard return policy covers returns of most products in new or "like-new" condition up to 30 days after delivery. Please note: For returns not related to damage, defect, or fulfillment error, a flat $9.50 return fee will be deducted from your refund. Large or oversized items may require special handling and will incur an additional $9.50 fee. "First mirror I ordered came in smashed so I was a little worried about replacing it, but customer service sent a new one out right away and it came in perfect. It’s just what I needed to update my outdated bathroom. We took down the full wall mirror, added new faucet and cabinet knobs and I’m so happy with the beautiful mirror. I like that it’s not bright gold, but more of an antique brushed gold. It’s heavy so make sure it’s anchored properly. Great purchase!"
