The 2026 Educator Appreciation Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Magnolia Market, LLC, 601 Webster Avenue, Waco, Texas 76706 ("Sponsor"). This Giveaway is governed by these Official Rules ("Official Rules"). The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

GIVEAWAY PERIOD: The Giveaway begins on August 3, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. Central Time ("CT") and ends on August 3, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. CT ("Entry Period"). All eligible entries must be received during the Entry Period. Sponsor's database computer is the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.

ELIGIBILITY:
Entrants must be legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees of Sponsor, its officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, promotional partners, their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, parent companies, members of the immediate families (defined as spouse, child, sibling, parent, or grandparent), and members of the households (whether related or not) of any of the above are not eligible to participate or win.
Participants agree to abide by all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Entry Period:
1. Visit the Giveaway landing page by scanning the QR code or visiting the designated URL.
2. Join Magnolia Perks by completing the enrollment form.
Existing Magnolia Perks members must complete the entry form on the landing page during the Entry Period to receive an entry. Existing members will not be enrolled in Magnolia Perks a second time.
Limit one (1) entry per person. Use of any automated system, bot, script, macro, or similar device to submit entries is prohibited. By entering the Giveaway, entrants agree to receive marketing communications from Magnolia. Message and data rates may apply.

WINNER SELECTION/ODDS:
Four (4) winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received.
Winner selection will occur on August 3, 2026, at approximately 6:00 p.m. CT.
Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
Potential winners will be notified using the contact information provided during entry. Failure to respond within [CONFIRM: 24 hours?] may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility before awarding any prize.

PRIZES: Four (4) prizes are available. Each winner will receive:
One (1) $150 Magnolia Retail Gift Card, valid at Magnolia retail shops only.
One (1) Dinner for Two at Magnolia Table.
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each prize: [$250]
Gift cards are not redeemable at Magnolia restaurants or food and beverage locations. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. Any federal, state, or local taxes associated with acceptance or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of each winner.

PUBLICITY: Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, city and state of residence, voice, photograph, and other biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

GENERAL: By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Giveaway. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, illegible, or technically corrupted entries. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to network interruptions, website outages, hardware or software malfunctions, or unauthorized intervention. Information collected in connection with this Giveaway is subject to Magnolia's Privacy Policy.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating, entrants release Magnolia Market, LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, promotional partners, and any other entities involved in the administration of this Giveaway from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
