Angel Hair Pasta

Ingredients
    • 1 pound angel hair pasta
    • 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, cut into pats or cubed
    • 1 to 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
    • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
    • 2 garlic cloves, minced
Directions
  1. Cook the pasta according to the package directions and drain. Transfer to a large bowl.
  2. Stir in the butter, parsley, salt, and garlic while the pasta is still very warm. Taste and adjust the seasoning as desired.
