Bed Sheet Sets
A good set of sheets is one of those things you notice every single night and one of the easier upgrades you can make to a bedroom without changing anything else. Magnolia's sheet sets are made from cotton and linen-cotton blends in a range of colors from classic white and cream to deeper, more saturated tones that work with any bedding palette. Each set includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, and pillowcases, sized from twin through California king.
Percale vs. Sateen Sheets
The weave is what separates the two. Percale is a plain, one-over-one-under weave that produces a crisp, matte finish with a cool, breathable feel. The kind of sheets that feel like a well-made hotel bed. Sateen uses a different weave structure that puts more thread surface on top, creating a smooth, slightly silky finish with a subtle sheen. Sateen tends to feel warmer and softer out of the wash, while percale feels cooler and gets softer with every wash over time. If you sleep hot or prefer a lighter feel, percale is usually the better fit. If you want something that feels luxurious from the first night, sateen is the easier choice.
