Ingredients
- 2 heads bibb lettuce, washed and leaves separated
- 1/4 cup almonds, chopped
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup vinaigrette
Directions
- Place the lettuce into a large serving bowl. Add half of the almonds, cranberries, and sliced onion. At this point you can store the salad in the fridge, covered with a damp paper towel for 4 to 6 hours.
- When ready to serve, gently toss the salad with the vinaigrette. Sprinkle the remaining almonds, cranberries, and onion over the top to finish.
