Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 5 medium celery stalks, leaves and all
- 1 lime, peeled
- 1/2 medium Honeycrisp apple, sliced
- 1/2 medium jalapeño, seeded if desired
Directions
- In a juicer, process the spinach, pineapple, celery, lime, apple, and jalapeño.
- Pour into 2 glasses and serve promptly or pour into a lidded jar and place juice in the refrigerator for up to 1 day.
