Ingredients

  • 4 to 5 Grade A vanilla beans
  • 1 cup good-quality vodka

Directions

  1. In an 8-ounce airtight jar or vessel, add the vanilla beans. Add the vodka and cover tightly. Let sit at room temperature for at least 1 month.
