Ingredients
- 10 cups filtered water
- 1/3 cup orange blossom honey
- Pinch of kosher salt
- 4 to 5 Earl Grey tea bags, strings tied together
- 2 lemons, 1 juiced and 1 cut into slices
- Gin, vodka, or tequila, for serving (optional)
- Citrus flavored sparkling water, to serve
- Rosemary sprigs, to serve
Directions
- In a large stockpot over medium heat, combine the filtered water, honey, and salt. Place the tea bags in the water with the tags draped over the edge of the pot.
- Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer for 3 minutes. Remove from the heat and allow the tea to steep for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Remove the tea bags and add the lemon juice. Transfer to a large serving jug, add ice, and top with alcohol (if using) and some sparkling water.
- Garnish the jug with the lemon slices and rosemary sprigs and serve.
