Ingredients
- One 12-ounce jar quartered marinated artichokes
- 2 cups packaged shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon finely sliced fresh chives
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
Directions
- Drain the artichokes and roughly chop into small pieces.
- Mix all the ingredients together in a medium bowl and chill for 2 hours before serving.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 to 5 days; do not freeze.
