Ingredients
- 1 bunch cilantro, rinsed and trimmed
- 4 green onions, roots trimmed
- 4 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1 jalapeño, stemmed
- Zest and juice of 1 lime
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
Directions
- In a high speed blender, combine the cilantro, green onions, garlic, jalapeño, lime zest and juice, cumin, salt, and pepper. Blend for a few seconds, then stop the machine and add the oil. Blend again until slightly chunky. Taste and adjust the seasonings. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
