
Magnolia started with a dream and a bit of savings initially reserved for a down payment on a home. After graduating college, Jo went to New York City for an internship and fell in love with the thoughtful, beautifully curated boutiques that lined its streets. Years later, back in Waco, she and Chip opened their own retail shop called Magnolia. They never imagined what it would become.
It’s that story that inspired our Vendor Fair at Silobration. We believe in chasing dreams, refining your craft, and celebrating stories—which is why it’s our great honor to welcome talented artisans from around the country to line Waco’s streets for our annual homecoming event. This year, as we celebrate 20 years since Chip and Jo opened that little shop, we’re hosting over 50 artists and small businesses here in our hometown. It’s an incredible line-up, and we know you’ll love them as much as we do.
