The months leading up to the holidays are a chance to joyfully prepare each place for the wonder that awaits. Memorable meals shared around the table. Storybook moments brought to life on the mantel. Gifts wrapped (and unwrapped) beside the tree. These scenes will hold some of your favorite memories, so they ought to be set with whatever inspires you.
To determine your seasonal style, begin by considering which details capture what you love most about this time of year… Nostalgia and tradition, light and splendor, nature and whimsy—or even a little bit of it all. Jo and the team curated the three collections below as a starting point for you and your home. Once you discover a go-to style—whether one you’ve intentionally refined or stumbled upon over time—decorating gets easier and more cohesive each year.

Classic Christmas
May your day be merry and bright, and may all your Christmases be white…
—“White Christmas” written by Irving Berlin
Here, nostalgia meets tradition with brass bells, plaid patterns, and embroidery. This classic style nods to Christmases of old—seen in rich colors and vintage icons. When decorating the tree, our team reached for playful ornaments that tell a story. Interspersed with old-fashioned decorations like beaded garland, these pieces add character and a sense of curiosity. Next, we leaned into even more charm on the mantel, placing paper trees, snow globes, and ceramic cottages along the row. Lastly, we went full-out with reds and greens for the table—including plenty of linens, tapers, and garland. The brass (and glass) accents help balance everything with timeless allure.

Winter Wonderland
A beautiful sight, we're happy tonight, walkin' in a winter wonderland…
—"Winter Wonderland" written by Richard Bernhard Smith
Here, light meets splendor with etched glass, antiqued metals, and bows. This elegant style makes it simple to admire the season’s captivating essence—with just the right amount of glamour and grandeur. For the tree, our team draped glistening strands of garland amongst shimmering starry motifs. We carried this ethereal theme through to the mantel with silver-hued birds and velvet-textured stockings. Together, the dreamy pieces invite imaginations to roam. Ending with the table, we featured reflective finishes that cast a soft glimmer across each setting. The soft glow draws attention to golden serveware and painted plates, which highlight snowy landscape artwork from the 18th and 19th centuries.

Natural Noel
O Tannenbaum, O Tannenbaum...how lovely are your branches!
—Traditional German folk song with modern lyrics written by Ernst Anschütz
Here, nature meets whimsy with foraged elements, wooden textures, and greenery. This organic style brings the outdoors in—embracing the magic of enchanted forests and folklore legends too. While trimming the tree, our team selected a variety of flora and fauna ornaments. Think: mushrooms, acorns, and other cheerful creatures. We wanted the mantel to evoke the warmth of a cabin in the woods, so earth tones are in full flourish. Finally, we used rustic materials to ground the table and artisanal fabrics to dress things up. The balance of structured and soft, masculine and feminine, gives the entire room an approachable feel.

Be it classic, elegant, or organic…. We hope you’ve found a look that’s easy to delight in at home. The spaces you create during the holidays will only become more storied and personal each year as you unpack old favorites, layer in new pieces, and choose celebration in ways that are meaningful to you.
