Ingredients
- 4 fresh jalapeños, seeded and chopped
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- 3 large tomatoes, seeded, if desired, and quartered
- ½ bunch fresh cilantro with stems
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- Pinch of kosher salt
Directions
- To prepare the salsa in a food processor: Add jalapeños and garlic first, process, then remove half. Add the remaining ingredients, pulse to combine. Stir in the reserved jalapeños and garlic to taste. For a spicier salsa, add an additional jalapeño or skip removing seeds.
