There’s something so satisfying about making food from scratch—like noodles for a tasty pasta dish or waffle cones for dessert. It may seem intimidating at first, but I’ve learned to embrace any mistakes in the kitchen (and trust me, I make plenty of them in this episode). That trial and error is a part of the fun!
We’re kicking off this season with some classic Italian dishes, like Homemade Pasta Noodles tossed in a rich, creamy Vodka Sauce. Next is one of my favorite appetizers: Stuffed Mushrooms. These white button mushrooms are packed with a savory, cheesy sausage filling that I can’t get enough of. Finally, for dessert, I’m making Coffee Gelato and Chocolate-Dipped Waffle Cones.
