Enjoy an hour-long guided tour through Chip and Jo's renovation of the one-of-a-kind home featured on Fixer Upper: The Castle. Knowledgeable tour guides share the history, design inspiration, and behind-the-scenes details inside this century-old castle in the heart of Waco, Texas.

Castle Tour

Join us for a 45-minute guided tour of the Silos grounds to hear the story of how Magnolia came to be, the history behind the Silos property, and behind-the-scenes notes from Fixer Upper. Plus, visit the roof of Magnolia Market for the best photo op on the grounds!

Magnolia Story Tour

Join us for a one hour guided tour of The Gristmill - this historic building located in Valley Mills, TX was renovated by Chip and Joanna in 2019 and now serves as the set of Jo’s cooking show, Magnolia Table with Joanna Gaines. This tour will take you behind the scenes of the show and share what a day in the       life of filming looks like for Joanna and the crew. Located just 30 minutes from the Silos in Waco, this 1800s stone structure holds so much history and plenty of stories that we look forward to sharing with you! This tour experience includes a sweet treat and a refreshment for each guest.

Gristmill Tour

Guests will be guided through our Silos garden to learn about what is growing in any given season, hear Jo’s vision for this corner of the property and learn how our Magnolia garden team keeps this space thriving year round. Following the tour, guests will enter our garden shed, turned workshop space, to learn the basic process of pressing flowers and create their own herbarium prints. A small offering of refreshments will be available during the workshop portion of the experience.

Silos Garden Experience

Join us for a step inside “Chip’s Archive.” Situated on the second story of Magnolia Market at the Silos, this space once served as Chip’s office but has since evolved into a room that showcases his favorite Magnolia memories from over the years. Meaningful memorabilia fills the walls and shelves within this space, each piece holding its own story. This experience grants you exclusive access into a portion of the building that’s otherwise closed to the public, plus a chance to be immersed in untold stories and fun behind-the-scenes moments. In true Chip fashion, each guest will leave with something a little bit unexpected to remember the occasion.

Yes, full refunds are offered up to 24 hours before the tour. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour's scheduled start time, or for tours scheduled during event weekends, are not eligible for refunds. Refunds are processed in the customer support portal.

Can I get a refund if I cancel?

Yes, transferring/exchanging tickets can be done on the [customer support portal](https://www.etix.com/ticket/online/help2.jsp) up to 24 hours before the tour.

Can I transfer my tickets to another day?

No worries! Submit your information to the [customer support portal](https://www.etix.com/ticket/online/help2.jsp) and we’ll get it sent to you!

What do I do if I didn’t receive a confirmation email?

If you need to refund or exchange your tickets, please use the [customer support portal](https://www.etix.com/ticket/online/help2.jsp) up to 24 hours before the tour. 

What if I can’t make the time of my tour?

Kids are welcome to join tours! For all tours, kids ages 4 years and younger do not require a ticket.

Can kids take a tour for free?

Our team is not expecting tips! If tips are given, your tour guide will keep 100% of the tips they receive.
