  • Magnolia Story Tour

    Join us for a 45-minute guided tour of the Silos grounds to hear the story of how Magnolia came to be, the history behind the Silos property, and behind-the-scenes notes from Fixer Upper. Plus, visit the roof of Magnolia Market for the best photo op on the grounds!

  • Castle Tour

    Enjoy an hour-long guided tour through Chip and Jo's renovation of the one-of-a-kind home featured on Fixer Upper: The Castle. Knowledgeable tour guides share the history, design inspiration, and behind-the-scenes details inside this century-old castle in the heart of Waco, Texas.

    Learn about what’s growing in any given season, Jo’s vision for this corner of the property, and how our Magnolia garden team keeps this space thriving year round. Following the tour, you’ll learn the basic process of pressing flowers and create your own herbarium prints.

Do I need a ticket to attend?

Silobration is free and open to all guests throughout the day! We do have events during the weekend that require a ticket.

What are your hours of operation?

Magnolia Market, Silos Baking Co., Magnolia Home, Shops at the Silos: 9:00am-6:00pm; Magnolia Press: 7:00am-6:00pm on Thursday and 7:00am-7:00pm on Friday and Saturday; Magnolia Table: 7:00am-9:00pm.

What is the timeline of free events during the day?

Vendor Fair: 9:00am-6:00pm; Programing and Live Music on the Silos Stage: 9:00am-5:00pm

Is there designated parking for the event? Is there free parking?

While Magnolia does not have onsite parking, downtown Waco has a number of free lots and street parking available around and near the Silos. We’ve compiled a list of free parking near the Silos to help you make the most of your trip.

Will accessible street parking be available?

Yes, handicap spots are marked and located on Clay Avenue between 6th Street and 8th Street.

Are strollers allowed?

Yes, strollers are welcome! Please note all strollers are subject to security screening upon entry for an evening ticketed event.

Is the event venue (the Silos grounds) ADA Accessible?

All areas of the Silos grounds are accessible.

I'm coming from out of town, what are your hotel recommendations?

Whether you’re planning to spend the night or stay for the weekend, we suggest booking a hotel room as soon as possible, as many of the surrounding hotels tend to fill up quickly. You can find a full list of nearby hotels here.
