Charro Beans

Makes 4 to 5 cups
    • One 20-ounce can charro beans, drained and rinsed
    • 5 strips bacon, cooked and chopped
    • 1 jalapeño pepper, finely diced
  1. In a small saucepan, heat the charro beans until simmering. Add the cooked bacon and jalapeños, stirring well to combine. Serve hot.
