Ingredients
- 2 to 4 slices bacon (4 if the slices are thin), cut into thick pieces
- 1 bunch radishes, cleaned, trimmed, and halved (quartered if large)
- Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
Directions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the bacon and cook until it starts to render fat and browns, about 4 minutes. Raise the heat to medium-high. Add the radishes to the skillet cut-side down. Cook until the radishes are dark brown, then flip and cook until the radishes have softened, stirring occasionally, about 7 minutes.
- Season the radishes with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with dill and serve warm.
