Ingredients
- 1 pound angel hair pasta
- 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, cut into pats or cubed
- 1 to 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
Directions
- Cook the pasta according to the package directions and drain. Transfer to a large bowl.
- Stir in the butter, parsley, salt, and garlic while the pasta is still very warm. Taste and adjust the seasoning as desired.
