Cilantro Sauce

Makes 1 cup
Ingredients
1 bunch cilantro, rinsed and trimmed
4 green onions, roots trimmed
4 garlic cloves, peeled
1 jalapeño, stemmed
Zest and juice of 1 lime
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
Directions
In a high speed blender, combine the cilantro, green onions, garlic, jalapeño, lime zest and juice, cumin, salt, and pepper. Blend for a few seconds, then stop the machine and add the oil. Blend again until slightly chunky. Taste and adjust the seasonings. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
