If you’ve ever experienced a true Southern shrimp boil, then you know how fun and interactive they can be. There’s just something about laying sheet pans or newspaper across the table, and packing it full of flavorful sausage, shrimp, potatoes, and corn, that invites people to dig in and stay awhile. That’s the star of the menu today, along with Homemade Potato Chips and chilled Artichoke Dip.
You know I can’t skimp on butter, so I’m also adding Cheddar Biscuits to the menu. For dessert, I’m making one Chip always requests on his birthday: Lemon Angel Food Cake.
