You can make reservations in advance or join our online waitlist anytime during operating hours. Reservations can be made for parties of six or fewer, including children. Please note: Availability is limited each day and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

With a thoughtful curation of dishes featuring the best of seasonal produce, this dining experience celebrates the joy of dinner hour. During this time, an intentionally elevated environment inspires slowing down to savor delicious flavors and the moments they shape. From shareables and mains to desserts and more, you can rest assured—we've got the evening covered.

Here you can order a limited selection of menu items, coffee, pastries, or pre-boxed lunches to go, plus souvenirs you won't find anywhere else, including Magnolia Table t-shirts, mugs, and food items.

Take away + market

Reservations are not required but are encouraged to minimize your waiting time. Reservations can be made [via OpenTable](https://www.opentable.com/r/magnolia-table-waco) for up to six people. Walk-in parties are welcomed on a first-come, first-served basis and we do not offer call-ahead seating.

Do I need a reservation?

Reservations can be managed through the OpenTable website or app. We are unable to manage or change reservations by phone or email.

How do I edit my reservation with OpenTable?

Our menu includes a variety of gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options. We are not a nut-free or gluten-free facility, but we take cross-contamination very seriously. Please notify your server of any allergies.

Can you accommodate dietary and allergy restrictions?

Absolutely! Our full menu and a variety of grab-and-go options are available at Take Away, connected to the restaurant. To order ahead, call (254) 265-6859.

Can I order food to-go?

After submitting an order, guests will receive a confirmation email that includes the Magnolia Table phone number. Any issue with the order will need to be communicated via telephone.

Before there was Magnolia Table, there was the Elite Cafe, a Waco-favorite diner that opened in 1919. The original location on Austin Avenue grew so popular that the owners opened a second location on the Waco Traffic Circle. After the infamous tornado of 1953, along with various renovations and ownership changes, both locations eventually closed. 

A BRIEF HISTORY

Knowing the Elite's rich history, Chip and Joanna were hopeful that this Waco icon wasn't quite finished feeding locals and visitors alike. When they purchased the building and began its renovation, their priority was to preserve its history while also giving it a fresh start. The cafe's doors reopened in 2018—this time as our sit-down restaurant, Magnolia Table. You can watch the entire story unfold on Season 5 of Fixer Upper.
