Hone the harvest with this Cider Spices Wassail Kit from Oliver & Pluff Co. Complete with three drawstring muslin bags and three spices—cinnamon sticks, cut ginger, and ground nutmeg—this kit includes everything you need to brew cider wassail. Add one gallon of apple cider, ale, or mead to a pot, fill a spice bag with ⅓ of spices, sprinkle in some sugar, and simmer on the stovetop. Making up to three gallons, this spice kit is hand-blended and packaged in Charleston, South Carolina.
