First prepare your fixings. In separate bowls, place the mustard, chopped and mixed peppadews or pepperoncini, pickled jalapeños, and sweet pickle relish. Add spoons so your guests can help themselves. (You can also serve the condiments straight from the jars.)
Prepare a grill for medium heat cooking. Lightly brush the sausage coils on all sides with the oil. Grill the sausages until cooked through, 6 to 8 minutes per side. Remove and cut into 1- to 2-inch pieces on the bias. Arrange the sausage on a platter. Serve with the fixings and sliced baguette.
