byAmanda Sudano Ramirez and Abner Ramirez
Total 2 hours and 10 minutes
Active 10 mins
Makes 2 servings
Ingredients
  • 2 cups tangerine juice, from 20 to 30 small tangerines
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/4 cup honey, or to taste, for garnish
  • Basil leaves, for garnish
    Directions
    1. Strain the tangerine juice, lemon juice, and lime juice into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish and place in the freezer. Stir the mixture every 15 to 20 minutes, stirring around the edges to break up the frozen juice. Freeze until the mixture is very slushy, 2 or more hours. Scoop into bowls, drizzle with honey and garnish with basil leaves.
