SHIPPING
- For in-stock furniture, allow 3-5 weeks for delivery.
- For furniture pieces that have specified "Ready to ship in" verbiage on the product page, the specified timeframe communicated IS NOT A DELIVERY DATE.
- Delivered via American West freight carrier excluding our pieces in the Magnolia Home line. The two delivery service types are as follows:

Contactless - Boxed furniture will be delivered to a location of your choosing outside the home

White Glove Delivery - Furniture delivered into the home with trash haul off
- Magnolia Home pieces are shipped and delivered via FedEx Ground
- Furniture is not eligible for express shipping and is only shipped ground
- Furniture pieces will carry additional shipping charges calculated at checkout
- Shipping rates are both service specific and dependent upon total order size

FURNITURE RETURN POLICY
Our return policy covers furniture returns up to 30 days after delivery. We DO NOT offer preferential returns or refunds. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email orders@magnolia.com and our Guest Services team will help you process a return. For faster resolution, please include pictures of the damage/defect, the order number, and the product name.
Most returns will process in approximately 1-2 weeks. Once processed, a refund will be issued back to the original payment method and will appear on your bank statement in 5-7 business days.
