Masterchem Industries LLC warrants to the original residential consumer purchaser the performance of this product as described on this label for so long as you reside in your home. THIS WARRANTY IS NOT VALID WHEN THE PRODUCT IS NOT PROPERLY APPLIED TO A PROPERLY PREPARED SURFACE OR CARED FOR IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LABEL DIRECTIONS. This warranty is not transferable.

If this product is found not to perform as specified upon inspection by our representative during the warranty period, Masterchem Industries LLC will, at its option and upon presentation of proof-of-purchase (the original receipt), either furnish an equivalent amount of new product or refund the original purchase price of this product to you.

Chantilly Lace Dupe

"I bought 7 gallons of BM Regal ($80 paint) Chantilly Lace in Matte to cover my 1400 sqft home. It took 6 fully dry coats to barely cover. I was exhausted and desperate to have finished rooms. Bought this in eggshell (last rooms were hall and kitchen.) We have an open floor plan to the kitchen and you cannot tell the difference between my living room BM CL and MG True White. It is a true white with no undertones. Very bright, but soft, and not cold. I really cant see a difference from BM matte and Magnolia eggshell either, theres no sheen, but when i touch the walls they feel a smidge more cool. Like the feel of washed linen vs percale. Im ordering more in eggshell to touch up where the BM refused to cover and feel confident no one will notice."

BEWARE super slow shipping on Peel and Stick orders

"I ordered a half dozen peel and stick paint samples three weeks ago and they still haven't arrived. The following day after purchasing I got email confirmation that they had shipped but no tracking number was listed. Today, I called Magnolia to inquire about their whereabouts wanting to get my painting project started and they told me it takes 2-3 weeks to ship. This is their exact response: Our peel and stick samples are actually shipped directly from our paint vendor via USPS without tracking information, and can take 2-3 weeks to ship and arrive from the date that your order is placed. It's frustrating that a retailer doesn't tell you it will take 2-3 weeks to receive and to send you confirmation that they had shipped when they hadn't is dishonest."
