"Bedding can be tricky to purchase online. What you see in the photos is not always what you get. The beautiful almost seersucker-like texture you see in these photos is exactly what you get. My husband is not overly complimentary on new things around the house, but this set got a "this is nice. . . " as he touched to duvet cover. That's about as much of a rave review as I can get from him. Personally, I wouldn't care if he did or did not like it because I love it. My older duvet had seen better days and when I first saw this last year, I immediately added it to my cart. Its got ties on the inside of each corner and the closure isn't gaping and ugly. Only wish is that there were ties on each side as well as the corners."
