"This product took a long time to receive. It was damaged when it arrived. The glass was broken. Also there were loose staples between what remained of the glass and the picture. It also had water stains on the side of the picture. Very disappointed in its overall quality."

Arrived Broken

"This piece arrived broken. Broken glass in the box. There was only cushioning on the outer edges of the artwork on the frame, but nothing cushioning the actual glass. There wasn't shipping instructions on the box the labeled it fragile or glass. Magnolia will not give me my money back, but they are sending me a new one. That said, I have to wait another 6 weeks for a replacement since these are custom made. Given their lack of proper shipping materials, I don't have high confidence the next one will arrive in one piece, but I will be excited it if does!"

The only problem was the wire for hanging was installed wrong., instead of placing the hanger on the top portion of the picture it was placed on the bottom section.
