Entry for the event is at the 8th street entry in front of the Shops at the Silos. Be sure to have your ticket ready!What time can ticket holders start forming a line? The ticket line begins at 5pm.Do I need to print my ticket? It’s up to you! Tickets can be scanned on personal devices or you can bring a printed ticket.Is there designated parking for the event? Is parking free? Street parking throughout downtown is free for all guests.Are strollers allowed? Absolutely! All strollers are subject to security screening upon entry.Is Magnolia Market + Event Venue ADA Accessible? Yes, Magnolia Market at the Silos is ADA accessible including our entrance on 8th street.What will seating look like for the event? For our concerts in June and September we will have benches and picnic tables available for guests but we also encourage ticket holders to bring their own chairs and blankets to sit on our Silo’s lawn. The July and August concerts will be held on our Press Patio and benches, tables and lounge seating will be provided. Are there any items that aren’t allowed on property during the event? Outside food and drink, fireworks, and weapons of any kind, will not be permitted on our property. Ticket holders will be required to participate in a bag check upon entry. Non-clear bags larger than 6.5”x4.5” are not allowed and clear bags may not exceed 12”x6”x12”. Exceptions include: Magnolia shopping bags, diaper bags, and bags used for medical equipment purposes. Please note all of these exceptions are subject to security search and screening upon entry.If I don’t live in Waco, what are your hotel recommendations? Whether you’re planning to spend the night or stay for the weekend, we suggest booking a hotel room as soon as possible, as many of the surrounding hotels tend to fill up quickly. You can find a full list of nearby hotels here.Where can I find bathrooms? We have bathrooms conveniently located next to the Magnolia Market, the Concession Stand and Seed and Supply. Will Magnolia Market be open for extended shopping hours? No, the Magnolia Market, Magnolia Home and Shops at the Silos will not be open during event hours .Will the food trucks be open during the event? All Magnolia food trucks, including Magnolia Table and Maggie’s Sweet Shoppe, will be open during the event, as well as a number of our third-party food trucks.Do I need to purchase tickets for my children? Admission for kids 2 and under is free!Are pets allowed during the event? Yes! Pets are welcome on our property.Will there be opening bands for the concerts? Yes! Each concert will start will an opener beginning at 6:45 pm.What is the timeline of the event? The grounds will close completely at 6:00pm. Ticket holders are welcome to begin lining up at 5:00pm and gates will open at 6:30pm. The concert will begin at 6:45pm with an opening act and the headliner will play between 7:45pm-9:00pm.What kind of weather can I expect? With Texas summers, you can expect warm temperatures and lots of sun until about 7:30 pm. We encourage you to come prepared for the heat with light clothing and sunscreen.Will the concert happen if it rains? Will I get a refund if the concert is cancelled? All events at Magnolia occur rain or shine. Should an event be cancelled, tickets may be refunded.Will Chip and Joanna be there?
