TIP: To make frozen grapes, put rinsed grapes in a single layer on a sheet pan covered with parchment. Place them in the freezer until solid, then transfer them to a resealable bag and freeze. Or do it the lazy way and just put the whole bunch of grapes in the freezer until solid.
Ingredients
  • 1 Honeycrisp apple, unpeeled, thinly sliced through the core, seeds removed
  • 1 large naval orange, sliced in thin rounds, seeds removed
  • 1 lemon, sliced in thin rounds, seeds removed
  • 1 lime, sliced in thin rounds, seeds removed
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 cup sliced frozen peaches
  • 2 quarts white grape juice
  • 48 ounces (6 cups) peach nectar
  • 12 ounces (1 1/2 cups) soda water or sparkling water
  • 2 cups frozen grapes (see Cook’s Note)
    Directions
    1. In a large canister or drink dispenser, combine the apple, orange, lemon, lime, strawberries, peaches, grape juice, and peach nectar. Stir together and let everything marinate in the fridge 8 hours or overnight.
    2. To serve, pour some of the infused juice into a glass, top with soda water, and add a few frozen grapes.
